If you wish to begin services please reach out to schedule an initial free 20 minute phone consultation by email or phone or by using the contact page. Once you schedule your first appointment with me (during our phone consultation) I will then send you an email invitation to access my secure online portal to complete all of your intake paperwork electronically. Please complete the paperwork as soon as you are able, no later than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we are meeting via Telehealth I will provide you with separate instructions to access the secure and private video session.
