Perhaps you've done a lot of work on yourself and you've accomplished some significant personal and professional goals. Yet behind the scenes you are ruled by fear and the internal chatter of self-criticism, self-doubt, and self-sabotage. Perhaps you have some healthy connections yet feel quite lonely inside and misunderstood, especially about past experiences. Perhaps your life feels one dimensional and you want to experience life with more depth of awareness, presence and wonder. And perhaps there is that thing or those unspoken things that happened, the trauma(s), that sneak up as the avoidance or fear that comes when you want to be closer to another human or the constant alertness that perpetuates feeling unsafe when you take risks.
I'm here to tell you that I get it and these are some of the subtle and not-so-subtle lingering effects of trauma. I want you to know you're not alone and that change is possible. You can heal from your emotional wounds, find more internal balance and rest from the inner chatter and also feel better in your body. You can become more integrated within yourself and with your own personal narrative and begin to feel more like YOU!
